# Two-minute CLI demo plan — not a recording

Use only the supplied original synthetic fixture. Install dependencies before recording; do not imply an offline installation. Start from a fresh output path.

| 0:40–1:05 | Run `review`; inspect original rows, repeated IDs, flags and scores | Local model hints; every original record remains; scores are not probabilities |
| 1:05–1:25 | Confirm the displayed digest; run `reset`; try `export` | Reset revokes demo confirmation; no actual owner authentication is claimed |
| 1:25–1:45 | Review again; confirm the new displayed digest; export; inspect output | Full review report, never corrected records; no overwrite |
| 1:45–2:00 | Show `synthetic_audit_result.json` group counts | 17/25 ordinary flags on this synthetic grid; no production accuracy or sale claimed |

Do not show an unverified browser viewer as a working UI. Record actual command results; do not simulate a successful export or hide a failure. Review the resulting video and public code for private data before owner approval. No video, public repo or submission has been made.
